Welcome to the Gold Coast of Prince Edward County. Limestone Beach Loft is a spacious newly renovated 2 bedroom converted stable loft. With its post and beam construction and gabled high ceilings this airy waterfront property offers direct views of Prince Edward County’s legendary Sandbanks. This south facing, private 2 acre property fronts onto Lake Ontario and has a 250 ft limestone swimable beach.

Located 1.5 km west of the Village of Wellington it is literally steps to Sandbanks, By Chadsey Cairns and Keint-He Wineries. Many other wineries in the Hillier region are a quick car or bike ride away.

A private deck is equipped with a gas powered barbeque with side burner, beautiful wooden patio furniture and umbrella. There is access to a private enclosed tennis court across the street.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and has a private entrance to the bathroom.
The second Bedroom has a bunk bed with upper single bed and lower double bed.

Located on 17263 Loyalist Parkway, west of Wellington, Ontario, across from Hubb's Creek Rd.

From the West take Hwy 401 at Exit 522/Wooler Rd South to Hwy 33. Turn right and follow south past Consecon through Hillier and Rosehall, along Lake Ontario to Hubb's Creek road and turn right into the driveway of 17263 Loyalist Parkway
From the East take Hwy 401, Exit 566, turn south to Hwy 49 to Picton, passing the Golf Course and Hospital and continue through Bloomfield on HWY 33 (Loyalist Parkway) and Wellington to 17263 Loyalist Parkway.
From the Kingston area you may also take Hwy 33 - Loyalist Parkway and cross the Picton Bay taking the free Glenora Ferry. Continue Hwy 33 into Picton, and continue through Bloomfield on HWY 33 (Loyalist Parkway) and Wellington to 17263 Loyalist Parkway.
